TMP Podcast

No Show for October 4

Micah and I have put more than 15 hours into production of
this week’s podcast trying to overcome technical difficulties.
We had tracks lined up from several great bands playing Tulsa
this weekend, as well as an interview with Sincerely Yours,
who will be releasing their first CD tonight (details below).

Unfortunately, TulsaMusicPulse has lost the support of Public
Radio Tulsa in using their computer system and related
resources, which has made this show incredibly difficult to put
together.  After 15 hours of work, the 30-minute show that
should have taken 4 hours to produce is only half finished.

Because of these difficulties, there will not be an episode of
TulsaMusicPulse released this week.  I am now looking for a
new location with professional resources that would like to
support Tulsa music and provide TMP with recording space
and access to the necessary resources to record a radio-
quality show.

In the meantime, please continue to support the great local
artists that we enjoy promoting on TMP.  Sincerely Yours
will be holding a free CD release party tonight at The Hut, a
bar and grill on the TU campus at 440 South Gary Avenue.
Come out and have a beer and an appetizer as the music
begins at 7:00 p.m.  Support a new band and a new venue
for live original local music.

The rest of the concert calendar can
be viewed at the TMP MySpace.

See you at the shows.

To our loyal listener(s):

Due to technical difficulties, this week’s podcast will not be posted until Thursday evening. Please be sure to check out the concert calendar on the TMP MySpace though, as there are several good shows going on tonight! We apologize for the delay, Mom.

We are proud to have Matthew McCaw as the host for TulsaMetal. If all goes as planned there will be new episodes of TulsaMetal roughly every fortnight, excepting blue moons, solstices, and planetary alignments. Hope you like it!
